Return Policy

All SPECIAL-CUSTOM-MADE items are specific and therefore we CANNOT offer a refund. This merchandise is non-returnable unless it is damaged or defective or is the result of an error in manufacturing and will be exchanged for the same or equal valued merchandise at no additional cost. Customers are required to sign off on all CUSTOM ARTWORK/LOGO’S prior to actual manufacturing of SPECIAL-CUSTOM MADE items.

Other product returns are based on individual customer terms and conditions according to each stated wholesale contract.

RETURN PROCEDURES

All customers are required to submit in writing a list by individual UPC codes of the item number and quantity to be returned, along with the specific reason for the return.

A Return Authorization will be generated and returned to the customer by fax. This RA will list the appropriate “SHIP TO” address according to the type of merchandise being returned. Any returns sent to any other location WILL be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

A copy of the RA is to be included with the shipment.

Shipping charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be prepaid on the replacement product sent to the customer.
